Timmy O’s makes frozen custard, which has more egg than ice cream which makes a smoother, creamier product. It’s also more dense than ice cream. The custard is made fresh daily in the store, and put in blocks to be served like hard-pack ice cream.

It tastes delish, a lot like a dense soft serve ice cream. In addition to chocolate and plain, they serve a flavor of the day. We tried Porchada, which is a delicious Mexican Rice Milk flavor.

But probably the best way to enjoy this custard is in a concrete, which is mixed up with two toppings like a Blizzard or McFlurry.

The custard is great, but even better are the friendly owners who chat you up and make sure you leave smiling.
