Stellina - scooponcones.com
This adorable shop is a real gem with gelato that’s rich and creamy and flavors we’d never imagined.
Like A Bee Named Elvis, which consists of Honey gelato, banana caramel and peanut nougat. It’s amazing.
We also loved the PBC (Pistachio gelato, blueberry jam and cheesecake). It’s a unusual combination that we would never have dreamed of, but it totally works.
Probably our very favorite was the Chunky Sorella, which has Salted Carmel gelato, pretzels and chocolate pieces (swoon).
The Dark Chocolate sorbet was so decadently rich, it was like eating a melted chocolate bar.
Everything we tried here was stellar. Plus they give lots of samples.
We can’t wait to come back with our besties and try some more.
Adding to the intrigue, the shop is co-owned by Emma Hearst, a recent contestant on “Iron Chef” and great-great-granddaughter of William Randolf Hearst. Stellina is an offshoot of her restaurant, Sorella, next door.
