Not exactly ice cream, but still worth noting. Kelvin Natural Slush Co. is making waves by avoiding artificial sweeteners in it’s slushes (high fructose corn syrup, etc.)
Or maybe they’re just making waves because the slushes taste good. Customers choose between a base slush flavor (Spicy Ginger, Tangy Citrus or Green & Black Tea) and then choose a fruit mix.
We tried the Spicy Ginger with guava puree for a sweet and delightful slush.
Of course, we can’t wait to try their float, made with Blue Marble Ice Cream.
Plus, we hear that Kelvin Slushes will be joining Tom Colicchio for a new food truck food court coming in June to West Chelsea under the Highline. Alright!
